STICKET NCAA TOURNAMENT SWEEPSTAKES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Participation in the Sticket NCAA Tournament Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is free. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

2. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sticket ("Sponsor"), located in Texas. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the NCAA, March Madness, or any participating colleges, universities, or athletic programs.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sticket or any affiliated companies are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes via the free entry method. Family members may participate via the paid entry method.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

  • The Sweepstakes begins on February 6, 2025 and ends on April 5, 2025.

  • Entries must be received by April 4, 2025 to be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

  • Paid Entry: Purchase a "Your Shot at Glory" T-shirt from Sticket.com and receive an entry into the Sweepstakes. 

  • Free Entry: Participants may enter by completing the free entry contest at https://forms.gle/u8ExAcL76bwJa37m7. Participants must complete the contest form before March 1st 11:59 PM. Free entrants will be assigned a random team from the available pool. The winners of the free giveaway for a spot will be announced on March 16, 2025.

6. TEAM ASSIGNMENT & PRIZES

  • Paid entrants may select the team name they wish to write on their T-shirt.

  • Free entrants will be assigned a team randomly from seeds 8-11 limited to 11 winners for a spot. One spot for each winner is assigned randomly.

  • The participant whose team goes to the NCAA Tournament Championship Game will win NCAA Basketball Championship Tickets.

7. PRIZE DETAILS

  • The grand prize includes tickets to the NCAA Basketball Championship.

  • Travel and other accommodations are not included.

  • Tickets will be in Section 123, Row 35.

  • No cash substitutions or transfers allowed.

  • Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specifically included in the prize.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

  • The winner(s) will be notified via email and an announcement on Sticket.com and Social Media.

  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

9. FREE ENTRY CONTEST DETAILS
Participants entering via the free method must complete a contest consisting of trivia and tournament-related predictions. The top 11 scorers will receive free team assignments. Example questions include:​

10. PRICING & ADJUSTMENTS

  • The price of the "Your Shot at Glory" T-shirt is subject to change at any time based on demand, availability, and promotional adjustments.

  • Sticket reserves the right to adjust pricing throughout the tournament, including but not limited to discounts, promotions, and price increases or decreases.

  • Purchases made prior to a price change are not eligible for a refund or price adjustment.

  • A "No Price Adjustments" policy applies to all purchases, meaning customers who purchase at a higher price before a price drop will not receive a refund or credit for the difference.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

  • Sticket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity.

  • Participants release and hold harmless Sticket, the NCAA, and all affiliated entities from any liability arising from participation or the awarding of prizes.

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants grant Sticket permission to use their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Information submitted will be used in accordance with Sticket’s Privacy Policy.

  • Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of necessary prize fulfillment.

14. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

  • This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Texas.

  • Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts of Texas.
